Attribution. Toast doesn't tag which cook plated which item, so for every food item fired we count how many line cooks were on the clock at that moment and split credit evenly. Two cooks on flattop at 7:02pm when a burger fires → each gets 0.5 credit. Total credit always sums to exactly the items produced.

Scope. Roles sautee · flattop · fry · expo · chef. Food categories: Burger, Entree, Starter, Sandwich, Side, Soup/Salad. Modifiers and drinks excluded. Voids excluded. Cooks with fewer than 8 hours in the window are hidden; rows under 20 hours show a ★ (small sample).

Avg ticket is the avg fulfillment time of all kitchen tickets fired at their location during their clocked-in window — a proxy for line speed while they were on. Expo/chef see the whole line; sauté/flattop/fry only influence a subset, so cross-station comparisons on that column are noisier.
